Objectives of the Tandetron project<\/h3>\n

The aim of the present project was the full-scale development of the Tandetron Laboratory. This project has now been completed, leading to a world-class research environment with a widely available, broad collection of instrumentation and methodology that transformed the institute into a center of excellence. We envisaged a new laboratory that reaches international standards in securing outstanding working conditions for a multitude of research topics. The level of technical quality and the highly skilled research community guarantees that our laboratory would become a highly esteemed member of the international (mainly European) infrastructural networks, and would be ready to participate effectively in large international consortia.<\/p>\n
